With reference to our Order placed with the online store on www.basecamelectronics.com website for purchase of products (the Products) supplied by SIA Basecamelectronics, Reg.No. 40103713391, legal address: Ieriku street 3, Riga, LV-1084, Latvia (the Seller), and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, accepted by us, we (the Buyer) do hereby declare:
- The application or device that will use the Product has no relation to weapons of mass destruction or vehicles for delivery of such weapons and will not be used for weapons or vehicles for the delivery of weapons, or for any other military purposes.
- The Product will be exclusively used in the Buyer’s own production at its domestic plant(s), or by its customer at its domestic plant (s), or in the countries limited to the specified above and will not be re-exported separately.
- With “re-exported separately” it is understood the Product without being integrated as part of a larger system.
- For clarity, the word “domestic” in this statement refers to the country specified in the Order as the country of the Buyer’s residence.
- The application or device that will use the Product will comply with all international sanctions and restrictions imposed under national or international law, including those adopted by the Republic of Latvia, the United Nations, the European Union, or any other international organization of which Latvia is a member. And which are directly applicable in Latvia or implemented in accordance with the Law on International Sanctions and National Sanctions of the Republic of Latvia.
- In addition to the above, the Buyer especially declares that the Products will not be exported or re-exported to the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. The Buyer undertakes to apply all reasonable measures to ensure that third parties further down the supply chain, including potential resellers, do not interfere with this prohibition. Additionally, the Buyer undertakes to establish and maintain an adequate monitoring mechanism to identify any actions by such third parties or resellers that may hinder the achievement of these objectives.
- The Product (s) will form integral parts of the Buyer’s products and will not have any effect on the origin of the finished products
- The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that if it breaches its obligations or violates the above-mentioned commitments, the Seller has the right to unilaterally terminate all agreements with the Buyer unilaterally with immediate effect, refuse to ship the purchased Products, and retain the paid purchase price as a penalty – without prior notice or any obligation to compensate for the Buyer’s losses. Additionally, the Seller may enforce other contractual penalties, if provided for in the Terms and Conditions or other agreements. If the Buyer’s breach constitutes a criminal offense, the Seller will take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.
